A multi-year municipal water utility communications program across West Virginia and Ohio ran through most of this period, subcontracted through EG Controls as the controls integrator and carried over from Michael Young Technologies: propagation and backhaul analysis in Fayette County, site assessment and carrier coverage on the New River and at Kanawha Falls, and drone-assisted survey across 32 sites along the Ohio River at Union Rome.
Alongside the advisory work, FAA Part 107 commercial drone operations for infrastructure inspection and survey — including custom LIDAR and Raspberry Pi sensor payloads designed and built in-house, with the sensor package built to the inspection rather than bought off the shelf.
