Left to right is time. Chief system designer of the StorComm PACS platform for hospitals, and system architect for HIPAA-compliant hospital information management systems, including DICOM system architecture and design, and the data center and processing estate underneath them.

Later, at the City of Jacksonville, imaging returned as the modality half of the telemedicine program — live ultrasound and X-ray read remotely during a clinical encounter.
