Deployed the citywide automatic vehicle location system across the municipal fleet: Sheriff’s Office patrol cars, Fire and Rescue apparatus, Public Works vehicles and traffic enforcement officers on foot, all tracked in real time.
One platform spanning agencies that each ran their own IT and answered to different elected officers, which made governance and data-sharing agreements as much of the design as the telemetry.
