Post-Quantum Cryptography

Crypto-agility at scale, which is an inventory and mass-change problem before it is a cryptography problem.

Also known as PQC, Quantum-Resistant Cryptography, Crypto-Agility

Architected NRI North America’s post-quantum cryptography lab in partnership with NRI Japan, as technical lead and subject-matter expert for an environment built to prepare clients in both regions for the transition to quantum-resistant cryptography.

Stood up the lab, assessed cryptographic estates, and turned an unfamiliar technology into approved patterns delivery teams could adopt.

The governing insight is that crypto-agility at scale is an inventory and mass-change problem before it is a cryptography problem. Knowing what algorithms are in use, where, and what depends on them is the hard part; replacing them is the part that has a vendor.
