P25 trunked radio as the target platform for the First Coast Radio System replacement: master site relocation, a backup site, multiprotocol capability and site expansion, carrying a fleet of roughly 10,500 subscriber radios.

P25 also came forward through the courthouse DAS refresh, which carried public safety 800 MHz as digital P25 rather than the analog signal the original system had distributed.
