Certified since 1996 and maintained across three generations of the Microsoft platform — NT 3.51, NT 4.0, then the full Windows 2000 track.
The master CV records twenty-six component examinations; twenty-five are itemised in the contemporaneous 1990s and 2000s resumes and are listed below. The remaining one has not been identified from the surviving records.
The track ran from workstation support through server, directory, database, messaging, proxy and systems management. It is the reason the early career could move from desktop support to server engineering to database administration inside eighteen months at Prudential: the breadth was already certified before it was needed.
